 "I made many calls around the Stockton area all the way to Sacramento. No luck finding a pool inspector. Fortunately, after talking to Victor over the phone, he came over after normal work hours to help out. He showed up on time after 5pm, did a thorough inspection, talked to my buyer, the listing agent and the pool company the seller hired and pointed out the issues that need to be fixed to pass the inspection. He provided all the details in a report the next morning."
